Perfect weather, perfect chalet, we couldn't ask for more. This is our 11th holiday as a group and is easily our best ever.

Luxury penthouse 38 Le Bollin was totally rebuilt through the summer of 2009 and this is the feedback from our first guests this year.

What we loved about Le Bollin:
the location - fantastic site, door-step skiing, wonderful views
the decor, fittings fixtures etc. You could hardly ask for better . So often a rental property is inferior to ones own home, but this wasn't
the personal service.

Kirsty and Hanne are so lovely and helpful, very keen to make sure everything went smoothly, delightful girls with useful links to Ultimate Snowsports.

We'll certainly recommend and/or and may be back soon!

We had a fantastic holiday, thank you, we loved Tignes and think it is the best resort we have skiied in.

We loved everything about the apartment it was extremely comfortable and gave us plenty of space to spread out, which is great when two families are sharing. All the extras ... really helped to keep the children entertained after a long day skiing. Kirsty was fantastic.

It was lovely to have a large sofa and table and chairs which allowed us all to sit together.

We particularly liked the heated boot room, and the fact that we could ski in and out, this is a huge bonus when skiing with children.

The bathrooms were also great, particularly the showers. I would also like to say how fantastic Kirsty was, she was very helpful and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our morning skiing with her, particularly our 13 year old daughters! It was lovely to have the papers and bread delivered each day.

My 11 year old enjoyed your art works and had great fun trying to reproduce them.

There really isn't anything negative we can say, the only minor thing would be that the bedside lamps in the 2nd bedroom didn't work (the lights attached to the bed didn't seem to be able to be plugged in).

We were lucky to get home on Tuesday evening, we hired minibus which my parents brought over to Calais on the Eurotunnel, and we met them there after driving up to Calais. We are very grateful to you for letting us stay on Sunday night, it certainly reduced the stress, and allowed us to arrange our trip home.

Thanks once again, we had a great time and look forward to hopefully returning in the future.
